The client agrees to provide truthful and necessary information for the provision of the service. Business Utility Services is obligated to exercise professional diligence in the provision of its services, without guaranteeing specific results.
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
Prices and payment conditions are established in the accepted proposal. Payments are non-refundable once service provision has begun, except by express written agreement.
We reserve the right to modify these terms, notifying changes in advance. Either party may terminate the service with prior notice according to the signed agreement.
